Livius

Another one of my Council members This is Livius.
His affinity is water, and is well practised in water manipulation and making rain.
He was previously a warrior. He enjoyed numerous victories, and a life of glory, until one day, he was challenged by an angry, vengeful man. Livius thought he could handle him easily, having been previously undefeated. However, the man was too powerful, and Livius was easily defeated, and got two scars - a small one on his face, and a large, deep one on his chest which he keeps covered bybandages. After defeating Livius, the man turned on Livius's family and girlfriend, slaughtering them all. Livius has never forgiven himself, blaming their deaths on his weakness. It turned him into a rather solem, lonely man.
He was given immortality upon becoming a council member.
He's the most logical out of all council members, immediately seeing when something is a bad idea.Though, this normally falls on deaf ears. He gets rather grumpy when the others don't listen to him.
In his battle with the man, one of his buckles came loose, and inevitably made him lose his balance and trip up. After seeing that this battle caused the death of his family and girlfriend, he has never worn any sort of footwear since.
